Policies and disclosures

SuperHealthyTeam is reader-supported. When you click a link on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Affiliate links are marked with the rel attributes sponsored and nofollow, and a disclosure appears near every group of product links as well as in the footer of every page. Commission never influences which products we shortlist, how we rate them, or what our verdicts say.

The content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Food supplements are intended to top up a varied and balanced diet, not to replace one. Always read the product label and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Speak to a pharmacist, GP or other qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or exercise routine, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition or taking prescribed medication.

Our editors shortlist products by reading the listing and the label: dose and serving size, ingredient list, format, build quality, cost per serving and how realistically the product fits an ordinary weekly routine.

We write in cautious, evidence-aware language and avoid claims that products cannot support. We do not invent ratings, prices or clinical outcomes. Where verified product data is not yet connected, figures appear as clearly labelled placeholders.

Brands cannot pay for inclusion, position, rating or verdict. Receiving a sample never guarantees coverage. If we get something wrong, email us and we will correct it and note the change.

We collect only what we need to run this site. If you submit the contact form or sign up to the newsletter, we receive the details you enter so that we can reply to you or send you the content you requested.

Saved items are stored in your own browser's local storage. That list never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

We do not sell personal data. You can ask us to delete the details you have submitted at any time by emailing support@example.com.

This policy should be reviewed by your legal adviser and updated with your registered business details, data controller information and any analytics providers you connect.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep the site working, to understand which pages and links are popular, and by affiliate partners to attribute a purchase to this site.

Amazon and other affiliate programmes set their own cookies when you follow an outbound link. Those cookies are controlled by the retailer and are covered by their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site, but some measurement may be incomplete.

By using this site you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information and is offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We are not the retailer. All purchases are made on third-party sites under their terms, and any dispute regarding price, delivery, returns or product quality is a matter between you and that retailer.

Prices, availability and specifications shown on retailer sites change frequently and are outside our control. Always check the live listing before you buy.
